Inrad Optics announces Joe Rutherford's retirement, names Amy Eskilson as new CEO and president

Northvale, NJ--Effective September 30, optical components maker Inrad Optics' (OTCBB: INRD) president and CEO Joe Rutherford will retire from his role but will remain with the company as a member of the Board of Directors.

Northvale, NJ--Effective September 30, optical components maker Inrad Optics' (OTCBB: INRD) president and CEO Joe Rutherford will retire from his role but will remain with the company as a member of the Board of Directors. On October 1, Amy Eskilson will succeed Rutherford as president and CEO.

Eskilson began with the company in February 2011 as VP of sales and marketing. Her career in photonics began in 1992 with Thorlabs, where she also served as director of business development from 2001 to 2011. During her career she was involved in photonics industry start-ups Nova Phase, Menlo Systems, and Idesta Quantum Electronics.
