Sept. 16, 2013
The IRXCAM-THz-384 camera module uses uncooled microbolometer detectors for imaging in the terahertz range.

The IRXCAM-THz-384 camera module uses uncooled microbolometer detectors for imaging in the terahertz range. The optimized 384 × 288 pixel array detector, with 35 μm pitch, is combined with a custom-designed lens to yield high-resolution, high-sensitivity images. The module provides a 16-bit raw output for developers of beam profiling and see-through imaging applications.
