LightWorks Optical Systems to display LWIR/MWIR objective lenses at SPIE DSS 2014

April 21, 2014
Owl-IR f/1 long-wave infrared (LWIR) fixed-focus objectives in the 8–14 μm spectral region are manufactured to provide high optical modulation-transfer-function (MTF) performance along with manual fine focus adjustment.

Owl-IR f/1 long-wave infrared (LWIR) fixed-focus objectives in the 8–14 μm spectral region are manufactured to provide high optical modulation-transfer-function (MTF) performance along with manual fine focus adjustment. The series' mid-wave infrared (MWIR) versions are f/2 fixed-focus radiometric objectives in the 3–5 μm spectral region that provide diffraction-limited performance with low distortion, low stray light, and high MTF performance. A wide range of standard fields of view for various applications is available.
