NIR spectroscopy detector from Andor Technology delivers 15 μm pixel resolution
Aug. 18, 2014
The iVac 316 NIR spectroscopy detector has 15 μm pixel resolution and up to 95% quantum efficiency. Its low-dark-current, deep-depletion technology has an order of magnitude lower dark current than back-illuminated, deep-depletion sensors. It uses fringe suppression and can be thermoelectrically cooled to −60°C. It is designed for laboratory analytics, process control, and spectrally assisted diagnostics.
