The ID230 free-running single-photon detector is designed for the near-infrared (NIR) range (900–1700 nm).
The ID230 free-running single-photon detector is designed for the near-infrared (NIR) range (900–1700 nm). It features an InGaAs/InP passively quenched active pixel sensor (APS), a dark count rate <50 Hz, adjustable temperature from -50° to -100°C, and timing resolution as low as 200 ps. It also offers adjustable detection probability levels up to 25% and remote control via USB.ID Quantique
