The PicoXea is a picosecond-resolution, time-correlated single-photon counting analyzer.

The PicoXea is a picosecond-resolution, time-correlated single-photon counting analyzer. It includes a single-photon avalanche photodiode, picosecond pulsed laser source and Time to Digital Converter technologies. It can perform such tasks as the fluorescence lifetime measurement of PbS colloidal quantum dots in solution.
