The TeraFast linear terahertz camera acquires images at up to 5 kHz or 5000 frames/s, scanning speed to 15 m/s, and spectral range from 50 GHz to 0.7 THz.

The TeraFast linear terahertz camera acquires images at up to 5 kHz or 5000 frames/s, scanning speed to 15 m/s, and spectral range from 50 GHz to 0.7 THz. It has 256 × 1 pixels on an imaging area up to 384 × 3 mm2 and responsivity of 8000 V/W, and can be used with high-speed conveyor belts.
