Spectrum Scientific was certified as compliant under the ISO 9001:2008 standard for its Quality Management System.

Optical components and instruments manufacturer Spectrum Scientific (SSI; Irvine, CA) has been certified as compliant under the ISO 9001:2008 standard for its Quality Management System governing the design and manufacturing of optical components, assemblies, and optical systems for the commercial, aerospace, and medical device industries.

SSI was founded in 2004, and is a leading global manufacturer of holographic gratings, replicated freeform optical surfaces, and grating-based spectrometers.
