Duma Optronics to showcase laser analyzing electronic autocollimator at SPIE Photonics West 2016

Jan. 25, 2016
An electronic autocollimator with laser beam analysis system combines the capabilities of an electronic autocollimator with instrumentation for analyzing a laser beam profile and its orientation.

An electronic autocollimator with laser beam analysis system combines the capabilities of an electronic autocollimator with instrumentation for analyzing a laser beam profile and its orientation. The technology opens new applications for inter-alignment of lasers, optical elements, mechanical datum planes, and laser cavity alignment. The reflected beam generates an autocollimation image that is later analyzed by a built-in high-resolution camera with resolutions down to 0.01 arcsec.
