Elliot Scientific to showcase automated photonic device alignment system at SPIE Photonics West 2016

The DALi 3 automated photonic device alignment system features the company's 3-channel E1100 piezo controller.

The DALi 3 automated photonic device alignment system features the company's 3-channel E1100 piezo controller, USB-equipped DALi 3 interface, and a PC or laptop for driving the software. Although designed to work with the piezo-driven versions of the company's Elliot Gold Series flexure stages, it also has uses with other piezo devices working on 0–150 V. Applications include fiber-to-laser diode alignment, fiber-to-waveguide alignment, fiber-to-fiber coupling, and others.
