The LineCam12 indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) linescan camera operates from 0.4 to 1.7 µm. It has a 1024 × 1 pixel format with a 12.5 µm pitch and two digital outputs—USB3 Vision and Camera Link. It can also be powered by USB3.0 in most applications. It comes in one version for spectroscopy and another for machine vision.
