The GS-1290 display measurement system delivers a contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1 with a wavelength resolution of 0.4 nm.

The GS-1290 display measurement system delivers a contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1 with a wavelength resolution of 0.4 nm. The spectroradiometer is suited for metrology in display fabrication with inspection to Rec. 2020 color gamut standards. It includes the Austin Viewing System telescope for image acquisition. Software-selectable apertures provide spot size measurement from 72 µm to 28 mm.
