The FiberMaxHP photonics alignment platform is designed for use in an automated, continuous production environment. It provides 2 nm linear and 0.05 μrad rotary minimum incremental motion, with speeds to 400 mm/s. It is available with 3–6 axes of direct-drive alignment, allowing it to be specified with the number needed for an application.
