Laser maker Quantel names Marc le Flohic as chairman and CEO

Quantel Laser appointed Marc le Flohic as chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO, replacing Alain de Salaberry.

During its Board of Directors' meeting on November 18, 2016, Quantel Laser (Les Ulis, France) appointed Marc le Flohic as chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO, replacing Alain de Salaberry.

The Board also acknowledged the resignations of de Salaberry, Christian Moretti, Patrick Schoenahl, and Ghislain du Jeu from their positions as directors, as well as Eurodyne's appointment of Gwenaëlle le Flohic as the company's permanent representative, replacing Florent de Salaberry. In addition, the Board co-opted ESIRA as a new director and acknowledged Mr Jean-François Coutris' appointment as ESIRA's permanent representative on the Board. Following these changes, the Board of Directors now has six members, compared with eight previously.

In his new role, Marc le Flohic will be assisted by Laurent Schneider-Maunoury, general manager, while Alain de Salaberry will provide support as an advisor.
