The XLIN-FC linescan SWIR InGaAs detectors include the FC R with rectangular pixels for spectroscopy applications and the FC SQ with square pixels for machine vision. They have a high-sensitivity readout integrated circuit for use in low light, and high quantum efficiency in the 900–1700 nm range.
