The SPD_NIR_OEM_120MHz near-infrared (NIR) single-photon counting OEM module has utility in demanding analytical and quantum technology applications.

The SPD_NIR_OEM_120MHz near-infrared (NIR) single-photon counting OEM module has utility in demanding analytical and quantum technology applications. A Geiger-mode InGaAs single-photon avalanche photodiode (SPAD) and enhanced embedded electronics provide gated-mode operation up to 120 MHz (trigger rate) with timing resolution <150 ps. Additional specifications include dark count rate (DCR) <5.000 cps and photon detection efficiency up to 30%.
