DILAS to demonstrate high-brightness fiber laser pump modules at LASER World of Photonics 2015

June 9, 2015
High-brightness fiber laser pump modules have uses in industry, research, and development, as well as in direct-diode applications.

High-brightness fiber laser pump modules are available up to 240 W optical output power at 915 nm in a 200 µm/NA 0.22 fiber and up to 250 W at 976 nm with optional volume Bragg grating for wavelength stabilization. In addition, more output power is achieved by using a non-detachable fiber with 225 µm fiber core at NA 0.22, producing 270 W at its pigtailed fiber exit. The lasers have uses in industry, research, and development, as well as in direct-diode applications.
