The hyperSCAN scan head combines traditional galvo scanning with polygon speeds.

The hyperSCAN scan head combines traditional galvo scanning with polygon speeds for ultrafast picosecond and femtosecond lasers used in material processing, delivering scanning speeds of up to 200 m/s. The scan head offers polygon line scanning and slow axis indexing along with conventional raster-based data input. The company's line of galvanometers will also be on display.
