The Nomad portable optical profiler enables 3D noncontact metrology on samples that were previously impossible or impractical to measure.

The Nomad portable optical profiler enables 3D noncontact metrology on samples that were previously impossible or impractical to measure. It uses the company’s Coherence Scanning Interferometry (CSI) and SureScan technologies for vibration robustness, its range of parfocal objectives from 1.4 to 100x magnification, and its Mx software for enhanced data visualization and quantification of step heights, texture, and volumetric features.
