Andon Electronics to show precision sockets at SPIE Photonics West 2016

Jan. 26, 2016
Patented Heat Sink Sockets dissipate heat and reduce noise in testing and board-level assembly of image and optoelectronics sensors.

Patented Heat Sink Sockets dissipate heat and reduce noise in testing and board-level assembly of image and optoelectronics sensors. They protect against device damage from exposure to high-temperature solder, ESD, and cleaning solutions, as well as labor and PC board damage associated with desoldering a faulty device. The sockets employ the company's SENSTAC sensor socket contact technology to withstand high shock and vibration.
