The Optan deep-UV LED flat window is a UVC LED based on native aluminum nitride substrates.

The Optan deep-UV LED flat window is an ultraviolet-C (UVC) LED based on native aluminum nitride (AlN) substrates. A wide viewing angle enables easy alignment to fiber-coupled designs in analytical and life science instruments. Its TO-39 packaging preserves lambertian emission.
