ID Quantique to showcase 900-1700 nm photon counter at SPIE BiOS and Photonics West 2016

Jan. 22, 2016
The ID230 series 900–1700 nm photon counter allows single-photon detection in free-running mode (asynchronous detection) at telecom wavelength.

The ID230 series 900–1700 nm photon counter allows single-photon detection in free-running mode (asynchronous detection) at telecom wavelength. Its avalanche photodiode that works in Geiger mode cools down to -100°C. A timing resolution below 100 ps can be reached at 25% quantum efficiency.

SPIE BiOS/Photonics West booth numbers: 8701 (BiOS) and 714 (Photonics West)
