Luxmux to introduce integrated light source and spectrometer at SPIE Photonics West 2016

Feb. 10, 2016
The BeST-SLED broad-spectrum tunable superluminescent diode spectrometer integrates a stable high-power light source.

The BeST-SLED broad-spectrum tunable superluminescent diode spectrometer integrates a stable high-power light source that provides 50 mW over the 1250–1750 nm spectral band out of the fiber, with high resolution of 0.75 nm at 1550 nm (FWHM). The spectrometer has a polarization-maintaining singlemode fiber to enable collimation of light over the entire working spectral band.
