The FMPA fast multichannel photonics alignment engine is based on a highly specialized digital motion controller. The engine offers embedded advanced alignment and tracking functionality, as well as a hybrid precision scanning and tracking mechanism, for automation, seminconductors, photonics, bio/nanotechnology, metrology, microscopy, micromanipulation, and cleanroom applications.
