Toshiba Imaging to introduce 0.7 mm CMOS video camera at SPIE Photonics West 2017

The IK-CT2 chip-on-tip video camera system features a 0.7 × 0.7 mm backside-illuminated CMOS sensor.

The IK-CT2 chip-on-tip video camera system features a 0.7 × 0.7 mm backside-illuminated CMOS sensor, 220 × 220 pixels, and an integrated 120° field-of-view glass lens with a focal range of 3 to 50 mm. The camera supports a critical OEM component solution for a variety of small-diameter, flexible, and rigid scope applications. The camera control unit (CCU) delivers color accuracy and contrast at 59.94 Hz progressive scan using DVI-D and USB 2.0 outputs.
