  • Aculight and Koheras sign joint marketing agreement
    March 7, 2008, Bothell, WA and Birkeroed, Denmark--Aculight Corporation, a developer of laser technologies, and Koheras, a developer and manufacturer of fiber lasers, entered into a joint marketing agreement in which Koheras will exclusively sell and market Aculight's Argos single-frequency, continuous-wave, multi-Watt, tunable optical parametric oscillator (OPO) in several European countries, including the U.K., Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, BeNeLux, and the Nordic countries.

    March 4, 2008, San Francisco, CA--RED-C Optical Networks, a provider of integrated optical subsystems based on optical amplification and monitoring technology, and Proximion (Kista, Sweden), a provider of dispersion compensation solutions, announced their cooperation in promoting an erbium-doped fiber amplifier (EDFA) design optimized to take advantage of the unique properties of dispersion-compensation module (DCM) technology.
