The X-Cite FIRE light source for fluorescence microscopy offers broad spectrum output from 360 to 750 nm for exciting an extended range of fluorophores.

The X-Cite FIRE light source for fluorescence microscopy offers broad spectrum output from 360 to 750 nm for exciting an extended range of fluorophores. With a 365 nm spectral peak, it is matched with narrow DAPI filter sets that are standard in research microscopes. Designed for use with liquid light guides, it also provides 735 nm excitation for Cy7.
