The LineCam12 linescan camera features a high-resolution indium gallium arsenide image sensor. 

The LineCam12 linescan camera features a high-resolution indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) image sensor with 1024 pixels on 12.5 µm pitch, back-thinned and bump-bonded to a digital readout integrated circuit (ROIC). The image sensor design has a wide spectral response with a spectral peak at 1.55 µm.
