Volta’s two-laser optical system contains 462 and 660 nm diode lasers. It offers 96- or 384-well microplate configurations, with data collection of 96 wells read in parallel and 384 wells in 4 sequential 96-well reads. Designed for drug discovery/high content screening applications, it features temporal resolution of 10 kHz, uses a photodiode array detector, and includes an onboard computer.
