The Lepton IV green diode laser from Micro Laser Systems (MLS; Garden Grove, CA) delivers a circular Gaussian beam at around 520 nm with high output stability for such applications as confocal microscopy, flow cytometry, fluorescence excitation, and particle analysis. The laser outputs power up to 40 mW, which can be continuous-wave, pulsed, or modulated. Low wavefront error enables focusing on micron and sub-micron spots, or producing a large beam for illumination.
