The HPC-100 flow cytometer from Handyem (Quebec City, QC, Canada) features two collinear excitation lasers, four colors, and six configurable parameters. The standard blue and red laser configuration contains two scatter detectors and four fluorescence detectors with interference filters optimized for detecting FITC, PE, PerCP-Cy5.5, APC, and PE-Cy7. Applications include field work for plants, bacteria, environmental research, industrial applications, and educational use in classrooms.
