The Revolution DSD spinning-disk confocal imaging unit from Andor Technology now pairs with Metamorph MX microscopy and image analysis software from Molecular Devices to perform analysis of acquired images.

The Revolution DSD spinning-disk confocal imaging unit from Andor Technology (Belfast, Northern Ireland) now pairs with Metamorph MX microscopy and image analysis software from Molecular Devices (Sunnyvale, CA) to perform analysis of acquired images. An integrated morphometry analysis (IMA) module in the software enables measurement and separation of objects into user-definable classes, and a multi-dimensional acquisition (MDA) module guides through setup of each acquisition dimension (time, z, fluorescent channels, and stage position), storing and recalling all settings for later use.
