Dental laser maker Biolase launches user community event series

July 16, 2018
The goal of the program is to demonstrate how dental lasers can be used to help grow dental practices.

Biolase (Irvine, CA), a dental laser manufacturer, is hosting a series of Biolase User Community events to provide dental offices with an informal platform to discuss the technical and practical aspects of laser dentistry. The goal of the program is to demonstrate how lasers can be used to help grow dental practices; to show dentists the many procedures that can be performed with dental lasers; and to create a forum for open discussions with dentists. The program is free and open to all dentists and their staff members.

The Biolase User Community sessions are held monthly and provide attendees with the opportunity to meet and ask company representatives and Biolase laser users questions about dental lasers. Setup, care, and maintenance are common topics, along with how to talk to patients about the use and benefits of minimally invasive all-tissue dental lasers, including the company's Waterlase Express.

This initiative comes on the heels of the launch of the Waterlase Express in 2017. Prior to the launch of the device, lasers were out of reach for many dentists. The Waterlase Express enables almost every dentist the option of adopting laser dentistry into their practice.

The next Biolase User Community event will be held on Friday, July 20, 2018, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the company's headquarters in Irvine. For more information, please visit events.wcli.org.
