Thermo Scientific Solaris qPCR Gene Expression Assays are gene specific and predesigned probe/primer assays for real-time PCR. By optimizing the design of Solaris probe/primer assays to ensure coverage of all known splice variants of the target gene, one assay is all you need. Solaris Assays are predesigned using an advanced algorithm and incorporate Minor Groove Binder (MGB) and Superbase technologies for optimal performance and universal cycling conditions. They detect all known splice variants for comprehensive gene expression analysis.

The assays are simple to use thanks to universal thermal cycling conditions and an optimized blue-colored qPCR master mix. Additionally, probe and primer sequence information is provided for every assay.
