DYMAX MD 1901-M is an LED-curable coating from Intertronics (Kidlington, England) for medical microcircuits used in hearing aids, wound-care devices, and medical pumps. Its tack-free ability helps to prevent defects that could occur as a result of components being handled too soon. The low-durometer, flexible coating is ISO-10993-5 cytotoxicity-approved as a medical-grade electronics coating, seal, or moisture barrier, and its secondary heat-cure capability ensures a complete cure for areas that may be shadowed from the light source.
