The SyMPL MEMS mirror-based 3D lidar system is a plug-and-play device with programmable scanning that yields 3D point-cloud data, with use in robotics and other industrial applications. It works with a 905 nm laser with low average power, and senses objects of varied materials and reflectance to distances of ~30 m with 1 cm distance resolution.
