The NIRvana SWIR camera has an InGaAs 640 × 512 focal plane array and a 20 µm/pixel sensor. Sensitive in the 0.9–1.7 µm wavelength range, it provides imaging speeds up to 250 fps and a USB 3.0 interface for imaging and spectroscopy applications.
