The Phoenix 640 × 512 shortwave-infrared (SWIR) camera features a VGA sensor and a 5 µm pixel pitch. Suited for broadband imaging and daylight and nighttime laser see-spot and range-gated imaging, the miniature InGaAs uncooled camera provides spectral response ranges from 1.0 to 1.65 µm with >99.5% operability and >70% quantum efficiency.
