The Lightsheet 7 fluorescence microscope allows fast and gentle imaging of whole living model organisms, tissues, and developing cells.

The Lightsheet 7 fluorescence microscope allows fast and gentle imaging of whole living model organisms, tissues, and developing cells. Using pco.edge scientific CMOS detectors, it can image large optically cleared specimens up to 2 cm in size, at any refractive index between 1.33 and 1.58, in almost all clearing solutions, in toto with subcellular resolution.
