The RMS1000 Raman microscope is an open-architecture, research-grade confocal instrument. It features integrated and external lasers, five-position grating turrets, two spectrograph options, four simultaneous detectors, internal standards and auto-calibration, and Ramacle software. It can be used for photoluminescence microscopy, time-resolved measurements, or fluorescence lifetime imaging.
