The Marana-X direct x-ray detection back-illuminated scientific CMOS (sCMOS) camera is designed for ultrafast soft x-ray/EUV tomography and high harmonic-generation (HHG) applications. It integrates a 4.2 Mpixel sCMOS sensor with >90% quantum efficiency in the 80 eV-1 keV range, a 74 fps full frame rate, and up to 16-bit dynamic range.
