The MultiHarp 160 time tagger and time-correlated single-photon counting (TCSPC) unit is optimized for applications requiring up to 64 timing channels with a time resolution of 5 ps and ultrashort dead times <650 ps. Two types of data interfaces (USB 3.0 and FPGA link) are available, and the unit is ready for integration into White rabbit timing networks for long-distance synchronization.
