The BXT2S-38T two-stage, cooled lead-selenide infrared (IR) detector features a 9 mm2 active area in a TO8 package with a thermoelectric cooler and flat sapphire window. With peak sensitivity between 4.3 and 4.5 µm, cooled operation is as low as -45°C with absolute ratings for storage and operating temperature from -40° to 85°C.
