C30619GH-LC, C30641GH-LC, C30642GH-LC, and C30665GH-LC low-capacitance InGaAs PIN photodiodes have uses in commercial and military lidar, laser rangefinding, laser warning, and laser spot tracking applications. Available in sizes from 0.5 to 3 mm with active area diameters from 0.5 to 5 mm, spectral response is from 800 to 1700 nm and quantum efficiency is from 800 to 1700 nm.
