Wide-field objective imaging system offers 1.3 µm resolution

June 29, 2022
The SingleShot modular fixed-focal-length imaging system is optimized for use with 4/3, 1.1 and 1 in. format camera sensors.

The SingleShot modular fixed-focal-length imaging system uses a 24 Mpixel Sony IMX530 sensor (PL-X9524) at 2.74 µm pixels. Optimized for use with 4/3, 1.1, and 1 in. format camera sensors, resolution is 1.3 µm at a ~10 mm field of view for industrial wafer and flat-panel display inspection, MEMS, and life science and biomedical applications such as cell imaging.
