The UVG100 square photodetector has an active area of 100 mm2 and operates from 190 to 400 nm. It also has UV responsivity of 0.09 A/W, response time of 10 µsec, and 100% internal quantum efficiency. It offers capacitance of 1 to 3 nF and reverse voltage of 5 to 10 V.
