The GL3516 16K resolution line scan CMOS image sensor has 3.5 μm pixels, resulting in a 57.3 mm image diagonal and a 120 kHz line rate. The sensor has uses in industrial inspection applications requiring high-speed scanning and 16K resolution, including lithium battery testing, flat panel inspection, PCB inspection, label inspection, and railway inspection. Specifications include peak quantum efficiency of 57.1%, a full well capacity of 5.6 ke-, and read noise of 8.2 e-, providing a dynamic range of 56.6 dB.
