The AXUVPS7 quad electron detector offers a total circular active area of 146 mm2.

The AXUVPS7 quad electron detector offers a total circular active area of 146 mm2. Detecting electron energy levels from 100 eV to 50 KeV, it features a hole in the center of the quad array to measure reflected electrons. It has a spectral range of 2501100 nm and response time of 200 ns.
