The BPCam InGaAs/GaAsSb type-II superlattice (T2SL) detector camera enables high-resolution 1280 × 1024 shortwave-infrared (SWIR) imaging.

The BPCam InGaAs/GaAsSb type-II superlattice (T2SL) detector camera enables high-resolution 1280 × 1024 shortwave-infrared (SWIR) imaging at 90 fps at full resolution. Designed for laser beam profiling and imaging, it features TEC-cooled operation from the visible to 2100 nm and a 12 µm detector array pitch, and generates 14-bit pixel data.
