UV and soft x-ray sCMOS cameras detect VUV and EUV light

July 18, 2023
The MJ042MR-GP-P11-BSI-UV sCMOS camera uses a 4.2 Mpixel, 2 in. backside-illuminated monochrome Gpixel GSENSE400BSI-UV (PulSar) sCMOS sensor.

Part of the xiJ family of cooled scientific CMOS (sCMOS) cameras, the MJ042MR-GP-P11-BSI-UV model uses a 4.2 Mpixel, 2 in. backside-illuminated monochrome Gpixel GSENSE400BSI-UV (PulSar) sCMOS sensor, combined with Peltier cooling and a USB3 interface. It detects vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) and extreme ultraviolet (EUV) light, and soft x-ray photons.
